Flashing the GPRS Shield

I followed the tut from Libelium's site on flashing the firmware on the shield. The first time I ran it, it did not work. So I checked all of my connections and ran it again and it finished successfully. I used speaker wire that I had and used that to connect through the small hole on the board and to the ground connection of the digital side of the board. I also used a PC do to the upgrade although for everything else I have been using a Mac (10.5.8).
